The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows.

Friday, March 21st, 2025, from 10:00 am (Doors open at 8:50 am)
(Graduates should enter by 9:30 am)

Ishin -TAIKO Arena
(4-1-1, Ishin Memorial Park, Yamaguchi City)

Eligibility

Students who complete Master’s program, Professional Degree program and graduate from undergraduate faculty

Program

  • Opening address
  • Conferment of diploma
  • Message from the president
  • Message from the president of the alumni association
  • Message from the current student representative
  • Messages from graduating representatives of graduate schools and faculties
  • Commendation
  • Closing address

 

※Please do not come by car as traffic jams are expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park because of the ceremony. Free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students and parents.?

To Graduates

About the Livestream

For those who are unable to attend in person, we will be live streaming the ceremony on YouTube. Please feel free to watch it. The video will also be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

 

About AR Photo Flames

We have created three types of Yamaguchi University original AR Photo Frames to celebrate your graduation and completion. You can take a commemorative photo of your graduation or completion at any place, such as a ceremony venue or a memorable place on campus.

※Please pay close attention to the surrounding environment.
※This service is available until April 30th.

How to use

(1) Scan the QR code below with a smartphone or access the URL from a smartphone to activate the camera. (Access from a PC is not available.)
(2) Allow access to the camera from?less-ar.com.
(3) A photo frame will appear on the camera screen. Press the shooting button at the bottom of the screen to take a picture.
(4) Save the picture according to the on-screen instructions.
※After displaying AR content, you can move, enlarge, or shrink the position of the signboard. Pinch in with two fingers to make it smaller, and pinch out to make it larger. You can also move the signboard to your desired location by touching it with two fingers and dragging.

※This service may not be available on all models and operating systems.
